RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - 13 Apr 2020
1. Refund and Return is NOT accepted on all items for any reason except on a purchased garment that has been proven to have defects before the purchase.
2. Exchange is allowed only one time within 3 days from purchasing the item from the retail store and 14 days for items purchased through E-commerce or Whatsapp.
3. Exchange is only possible to customers with returnable items in possession of a valid, original receipt or proof of purchase, provided the merchandise is returned unworn/unused, NOT perfumed, not defective and NOT damaged in any way with the original tags still attached packed to its original packaging condition.
4. Exchange after alteration or special order is NOT accepted. The customer is completely responsible for any alteration and special order measurements. MIRA Y MANO will NOT be held responsible for any alteration and special order mistake.
5. Non-returnable and non-refundable items are as follows: gift cards, perfumes, shoes, jewelry, bags, scarves, small gift items (brooch, pins, belts, straps, pouch), perishable goods, plants, sanitary goods, swimwear, underwear, lingerie, cosmetics, and hazardous materials. Items bought on sale are NOT allowed to be exchanged.
6. The exchanged product must be of the same value or higher. It is NOT allowed to exchange an item for a gift card. An exchange is only possible ONCE for the same item.
7. To exchange an item, the customer should bring or ship it to MIRA Y MANO, Signature 2 Commercial Center, Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Alawwal Road, Hittin District, 15312, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, PO BOX 8028. The customer service number +966560011412 and email firstname.lastname@example.org should be used for contact.
8. The customer will be responsible for arranging the shipment to a courier and paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping duration may also vary depending on the point of origin. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. The customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any damages/loss incurred during the transit of the item will NOT be our responsibility.
10. Upon receiving the returned item/s, our customer service representative will send you an email to notify you that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange once an inspection of the item/s is completed.
11. If the exchange is approved, exchanged item/s from online orders will be processed. The new item will have to be purchased as a new order before the exchange and possible refunds can take place.
12. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
