Returns and exchanges are not accepted on all items for any reason, except for items that have been proven to have defects. If a defect is found, the customer must contact customer service at the time of receiving the item. If the customer delays in contacting customer service, the item cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are only allowed once within 3 days of purchasing the item in-store, or 3 days after delivery for items purchased through e-commerce or WhatsApp.

Customers may exchange items that are eligible for return, provided that they have the original purchase receipt and the item is unused, unopened, unperfumed, without any defects or damage, and with the original tag still attached in its original form.

Items purchased with a discount are not eligible for exchange.

The non-exchangeable items include: store credit, perfumes, shoes, jewelry, bags, scarves, small gift items (brooches, belts, souvenirs, scarves, ribbons), perishable goods, swimwear, underwear, and cosmetics.

It is not allowed to exchange store credit for a product. The credit is only valid for 12 months, and the store is not responsible for any expired credit.

Exchanges after alterations or special orders are not accepted. The customer is solely responsible for any changes in size or special orders. Therefore, MIRA Y MANO is not responsible for any errors resulting from changes in size or special orders.

For special orders, the customer must choose the size (S, M, L) and the desired length (e.g., 56 inches) for the item. We do not accept measurements in inches for displaying the item.
