Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Tabby, Visa and Mastercard.
Can I order online and collect in store?
Yes. Order online and collect your pieces from our Riyadh store within one hour.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Delivery within Saudi Arabia is complimentary on orders over SR 999. For any other delivery question, please contact us before you order.
Exchanges and returns
Can I return an item for a refund?
We don't offer refunds. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll exchange or replace it at no cost.
How long do I have to exchange an item?
You can exchange an item once: within 3 days of purchase in store, or within 7 days of delivery for online and WhatsApp orders. The new piece must be of equal or higher value.
What condition should the item be in?
Unworn, unused, unwashed, unperfumed and undamaged, with the original tags attached, in its original packaging, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Which items can't be exchanged?
Discounted pieces, altered pieces and special orders can't be exchanged, and neither can:
- Store credit and gift cards
- Perfumes and cosmetics
- Shoes, jewellery and bags
- Scarves
- Small gift items: brooches, pins, belts, straps, souvenirs, ribbons and pouches
- Swimwear, underwear and lingerie
- Perishable goods, plants and sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your cost, except for damaged or incorrect items. Please use a tracked service; we can't be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 12 months. It can't be exchanged for a product or refunded.
How do I request an exchange?

Sizing and special orders
How do I read the size on an abaya?
Our abaya sizes show the size followed by the length in inches. For example, M-56" is size M with a length of 56 inches.
Can I place a special order?
Yes. Choose the size (S, M or L) and the length you'd like, for example 56 inches. We don't take full custom body measurements. Special orders can't be exchanged, so please check your size and length carefully.
