Shipping policy

Payment currency: All checkout charges are in Saudi riyals (SAR). Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Saudi-only products: Perfumes and Kaek ship within Saudi Arabia only. They cannot be included in an international delivery order.

This policy sets out our current delivery options and charges. The options available for your address and order are shown at checkout.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia

  • Orders up to SR 999: SR 27. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days in Riyadh and 2 to 3 days outside Riyadh.
  • Orders over SR 999: free delivery. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days in Riyadh and 2 to 3 days outside Riyadh (Saturday to Thursday).

Express delivery in Riyadh

Express delivery within 45 km of our Riyadh store: SR 50, delivered in 3 to 4 hours.

Collect in store

Free collection from our store at Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Al Awwal Road, Riyadh 13512, Saudi Arabia. Orders are usually ready in 1 hour. Please bring your confirmation email and invoice number when you come to collect your order.

Perfumes

Perfumes are delivered within Saudi Arabia only: 2 to 3 business days, or within 1 day to Riyadh.

  • Orders below SR 999: SR 65.
  • Orders of SR 999 or more: free delivery.

KAEK BLADY food products

Delivered within Saudi Arabia only: SR 50, at all order values.

Gulf countries: Kuwait, Oman, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain

Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days. The charge depends on the total weight of your order:

  • Up to 1.5 kg: SR 349
  • Over 1.5 kg to 2 kg: SR 449
  • Over 2 kg to 4 kg: SR 599
  • Over 4 kg to 8 kg: SR 799
  • Over 8 kg to 12 kg: SR 949
  • Over 12 kg: SR 1,099

Qatar

Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. The charge depends on the total weight of your order:

  • Up to 2 kg: SR 249
  • Over 2 kg to 4 kg: SR 349
  • Over 4 kg to 6 kg: SR 499
  • Over 6 kg to 8 kg: SR 699
  • Over 8 kg to 10 kg: SR 749
  • Over 10 kg: SR 899

Other countries

Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. The charge depends on the total weight of your order:

  • Up to 2.4 kg: SR 349
  • Over 2.4 kg to 5 kg: SR 699
  • Over 5 kg to 10 kg: SR 999
  • Over 10 kg: SR 1,299

International duties and taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Import duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are not collected at checkout. Where applicable, the recipient pays these charges to the carrier or customs authority. Local requirements and customs processing may affect delivery times.

Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Delivery is not offered to Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may have combined delivery charges.
